Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards + the below cannot be returned for store credit.
- Shows evidence of wear
- Was damaged after you tried on the item
- Has been washed
- Was purchased with store credit (partially or full)
- Is a bralette or bodysuits
- Is a sale item
- Any item purchased at 25% off or more are final sale
- Seasonal promotions/sales are final sale no matter the discount
- Holiday/Seasonal items are non returnable
- Jewelry and accessories
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We hope you love all Metallic Market purchases but for some reason you do not, we understand that sometimes you may return items. Online purchases are only eligible for store credit if returned within 14 business days.
Refunds are given in the event that your item is damaged, out of stock, or for size exchanges.
If customer does not purchase the "Redo Return Service for $1.98", then the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item must be free of perfumes and odor. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be sent to you in the form of a gift card.

Refunds/ In Store Credit
We will only refund purchases when an exchange has been made. All returns are given in store credit. Store credit is sent via email to the email address on file.
Holiday Return Policy
All purchases made during the holiday season will have a return window starting November 1st through January 15, 2025.
After your order has a tracking number and has been scanned in via UPS or USPS it is no longer under our control. If an order is lost you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. Please note we are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.
